Sweet, or made sweet again
We hand-roll every piece and stand behind every box. If we ever fall short of that, here is exactly what we'll do about it.

Fresh, or it's free
Every brigadeiro leaves the studio within a day of being rolled. If your box arrives anything less than silky and fresh, we remake it or refund it — your choice, no questions asked.

Tell us within 48 hours
Something off with your order — a flavor mix-up, a piece damaged in delivery, a date we got wrong? Email or DM us within 48 hours of receiving it and we'll make it right on our next baking day.
03
Events, guaranteed twice
For catering, we confirm the menu in writing, deliver with time to spare, and always pack extra pieces beyond your count. If we ever miss an event window, the full order is on us.
